Today is very stormy and my internet keeps dropping out.
Tangelos are the best fruit ever. They are a cross between a grapefruit/pomelo and a tangerine. I just discovered that tangerines are just a type of manderin. I was surprised when I saw someone pick up a tangelo and start peeling the skin off. I had assumed it was like an orange, so every time I ate one I would delicately cut it in quarters with a knife.
With this knowledge comes the ability to eat tangelos at university. They are delicious. But people look at me strangely when I peel them with my teeth. The skin is thick

I just realised I have never made my position on this clear, though I doubt any of it applies to me because there are plenty of better artists to rip off:
I am ok with people sharing my music around without asking permission (not sure why you would want to though...) and I am ok with people having my photographs for personal use. I often make pictures with the intention in mind that they could be used as a desktop wallpaper or whatever. If you want to share my photos around, you're welcome to do so as long as you credit me. If you want to modify them or use them for a public purpose, first message me and I will probably say it's fine. I hate watermarks.
I have been enjoying Bear McCreary's latest album. You should listen to it! So good! If you listen to this:
[link] you can link me to a piece of music that you like and I will listen to it

I did one of this 'song trades' with a guy recently and I really enjoyed the piece he linked me to.
Cool art of the moment:
[link]Not just that, but the artwork for the entire album! Take a look at

's gallery, it's very pretty. Then listen to his music.
The name of the album reminds me of a piece I briefly helped a european person with a year ago. He wrote four really beautiful orchestral pieces but had no understanding of theory and needed to write about his music to apply for a university degree in composing.
Though I haven't been in contact with him since, according to his website he was successful

Listen to some of his music
[link]In particular, we looked at the structure of "Slow-dancing with Mary Magdalene". The interesting effect of constantly changing the time signature by, in a way, melding the last note of every fourth bar into the first note of the new set of four bars has made me want to explore that technique further.
Damn this was meant to be a plug for Jimmy and it turned into a plug for random internet composer.
But really, look/listen to Jimmy's art/music. You won't be sorry!
